Ticketing (free or paid), payments and payouts via Stripe Connect, guest chat moderation, party recap emails, and a public profile page with reviews and upcoming shows all come built in. Route your DJ software through a virtual audio cable such as Serato, Rekordbox, or Traktor and pwrHR streams it lossless. You get paid on every ticket and every tip, keep 70%, and build a following.
For guests, pwrHR is a great way to catch DJs who do not tour to your city, discover new artists across genres like house, techno, hip-hop, deep house, drum & bass, and open-format, and support artists directly with tips. Is pwrHR free to join?
Yes. Creating a guest account is free and always will be. Individual parties are priced by the hosting DJ, so many parties are free and others are ticketed. Every DJ also gets three free parties to launch with.
What equipment do I need as a DJ?
You need a stable internet connection (10+ Mbps upload), your favorite DJ software, and a virtual audio cable to route audio into the browser (BlackHole on Mac, VoiceMeeter on Windows). A webcam or mobile camera for the video feed is optional but recommended. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. pwrHR is a fully mobile-optimized progressive web app. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. iOS and Android are both supported through the browser.
How do DJ payouts work?
DJs keep 70% of ticket sales and tips. Payouts are processed weekly through Stripe Connect Express to your bank account. Payouts are currently supported in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
What happens if a DJ cancels a party I bought a ticket for?
You will automatically receive pwrHR platform credits equal to the ticket price ($1 = 1 credit) which apply to your next ticket purchase. No refund hassle, no expiring credits.
